  • Pre & Post-Sales Support

    We answer questions about product specs and usage. Once goods are shipped, address changes and order cancellation are unavailable. For damaged items, send photos within 7 days of delivery for solutions. We guide you through the full return and refund process.
  • Service Limits

    We cannot speed up processing of third-party payment platforms, banks or logistics carriers. No compensation for indirect losses caused by product delays. Rude language to agents will pause your support access.
