1. Return Eligibility
We provide a 60-day return window counting from the date your package is delivered. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in complete original packaging. Items with signs of use, scratches, stains or missing accessories will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Processing Time & Currency
Once we receive and complete inspection of your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. All refunds will be issued solely in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of the currency you used to place your order. Original shipping fees covered by our store are non-refundable.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account such as credit card or PayPal. Delays caused by banks or payment platforms are beyond our control.
4. Non-Returnable Goods
Opened cleaning supplies and clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged due to shipping issues. If you receive defective products, please submit clear photos of goods and packaging within 7 days after delivery to apply for solutions.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service with your order number within the 60-day return period to get return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
